What we collect, and why.

The contact form collects only what a visitor chooses to submit: name, organization, email address, and the message itself. This information is used to respond to the inquiry, and it is not sold.

Contact-form submissions are delivered to Northway by email using Resend, an email delivery service. The submission passes through Resend in order to reach our inbox.

Northway Systems uses Google Analytics to understand how this website is used and to improve its performance.

Analytics may collect device, browser, approximate-location, page-view, referral, and interaction information.

We do not use this data for personalized advertising or remarketing, and advertising-related signals remain disabled.
